$50 million is one heck of a "reno". Got a kick out of the student government rep complaining about the classroom temps being difficult to regulate. Back in the day no one complained about the heat, we were just grateful to have some.

That was the last academic building that really needed to be renovated. I'm pretty sure they break these projects down into student life (housing, cafeteria, etc.), athletics, and academics so I guess something student life related would be next. Maybe redoing the freshman dorms.
Dyson looks nice but I would definitely be staying away from those glass railings on the upper floors.
