Someone is going to break a losing streak in this one. The visiting Gaels and the home standing Foxes enter this fray with 6 and 5 game losing streaks respectively. A Marist win would keep the Foxes of sole possession of 8th place but could move into a tie for 7th with a Rider win at MSM today. Have to assume that Zaria is going to take her disappearing act at FF out on someone tonight. Hopefully the Foxes decide to defend Otkamezuri and D’Angelo who scored 38 and 16 respectively in the match up in NewRo earlier this season. It’s certainly a winnable game and an opportunity for the Foxes to head to WNY on a positive note.

Jeez. We can't be stuck with this D3 roster for the next 2-3 years. We just can't. This is unwatchable.

Good coaches know how to DEVELOP players. Its hard to blame the players when we are not sure how much development is actually going on. Who has gotten better?

This is what Marist WBB was before Giorgis and Gebbia. Not saying it can’t get better, but at least one of those incoming freshman better be the wbb version of Collins or Pascarelli. They aren’t running anyone off and, I’m probably in the minority on this, but both Fisher and Shazer need to return simply because they haven’t replaced them with the new class. The newbies look like a couple of shooting guards. Neither are a 1 or a 4.

Look at Marshall out of WV, they have a BRAND new coach that was 68-4 her last two years there. They are really fun to watch. Why cant we have that? I agree with whoever said that we should have done a national search cause 5-17 is not getting it done.

Unfortunately Fisher doesn't have that quick first (probably due to the knee injury) and doesn't have the range (probably due to her shoulder). It makes her very one dimensional. Teams can basically just blanket Shazer. Everyone after that is a sophomore or freshman (plus Catie but she missed so much time last year her experience more aligns to a sophomore).
The team is taking steps forward unfortunately it is not translating to wins. As discussed, this is basically the roster we get next year. Let's hope they work hard in the off season and that the 2 freshman are going to be homeruns

Good coaches know how to DEVELOP players. Its hard to blame the players when we are not sure how much development is actually going on. Who has gotten better? I still disagree. You need to reward Erin for staying and have some continuity in the program. You can always do a national search, you need to see if Erin can make it after learning from Giorgis for all those years.

If Erin was sitting on the bench next to BG for all those years so not sure there should not be a lag. The Fairfield coach is in her 2nd season and they are doing that good. Why is that?
