They real test for Fairfield will be off season - who stays and who goes? We don't lose Weimer and we are having a very different conversation. 1) We don't recruit Rife - and there is a scholarship

They look too good to stub their toe in AC and might be good enough to win a game in the NCAA Tournament. Thibault-DuDonis is a coaching star and Anderson is in the MAAC by accident.

Blow it all up - see who is open to leaving and start over. Get rid of the staff first. Clean House.

Jeez. We can't be stuck with this D3 roster for the next 2-3 years. We just can't. This is unwatchable. Every game is like a pickup game. As long as some players can get a 4 year degree and not put the effort in it there is no incentive to get in shape, improve their, and put the least amount of effort in the game. The problem again is Coaching.

If Erin was sitting on the bench next to BG for all those years so not sure there should not be a lag. The Fairfield coach is in her 2nd season and they are doing that good. Why is that? Ya and she is probably gone after this season, if not next. If you get a great coaching hire at this level, it will not stick

Why is that? because Erin did not learn a thing because Georgis never got her involved in the 26 years she played (not much) and Coached.

You can't get rid of the staff after 1 year, doesn't look good for trying to hire another person.
The MAAC as a whole (besides FFD) is not good. Give the staff sometime to get players to Poughkeepsie

Coach needs time to be judged. But no one can say we saw this type of season happening. Coaching staff hopefully putting in huge hours on recruiting trail and also working on ways to help current players improve. This product is simply bad.

Look at Sahar at Canisius, similar first year and is not starting to put together a decent team. And Canisius doesn't have the resources that Marist does

Good coaches know how to DEVELOP players. Its hard to blame the players when we are not sure how much development is actually going on. Who has gotten better? I still disagree. You need to reward Erin for staying and have some continuity in the program. You can always do a national search, you need to see if Erin can make it after learning from Giorgis for all those years. Do a National search and change the whole staff.

I can see the interview now after giving new coach 1 year....
New Coach - "so you are saying I have 1 year to turn this around?"
TM - "well yeah"
New Coach - "Nah I'm good thanks for offer though"
