Sometimes something just jumps out and you got to say WTF -
TNST 3 8 11 GT 49 33 82
That is the score of the GT vs Tenn St. game in which Tenn St. set a DI record for least amount of points in a game - they shot 3-50 and only scored 3 pts in 1st half
That is tough to do - they do have 4 DI wins this year so not totally inept

Now that we have Morton coming in, it is almost imperative to have larger 2guards. Prescott fits that description. Morton is going to struggle defensively. Every team should just post him up. Luckily, Kemp is a big time defensive presence, so Martins little frame should be less of a problem in that aspect. Marist is also going to need reliable 3 point threats. Morton's shot will get blocked a lot if teams can just pack it in.

Rumor: Providence want to hire FF Cooley as HC Should be interesting what happens with recruits if he leaves. FF has a very good incoming group of FR and transfers...we've seen what happens to incoming recruits when the coach who recruited them leaves here at Marist...Basabe ditching Siena as well. I wonder what will happen at Manhattan. No question Barry sucked and had to go but Manhattan also has a very good group of FR and transfers coming in that could see that team take a jump this year. I wonder if they will lose some of those guys...possibly take another step back next year for the good of the program in the future.
