Its not BS its reality .....
In fantasy world:
You cut kids, pull scholarships, spend NIL money on players and recruits, build new arena to attract players, have an overseas budget, have a AD who supports your program not micro manage it.
In real world - firing a coach after 1 year would bring up massive red flags to new hires, pulling kids scholarships would be used against you in spades when recruiting. And unless then new coach has real NIL money - this is the talent we can get

If I'm counting correctly there are 4 scholarships occupied by players who either have a degree already or are getting one in May. 2 of the 4 already promised to incoming freshmen. 3 more of those after next season.
The way I see it, both this year AND next year are already lost causes, but they can work towards 2025-26.
The more underclassmen that get run off the better chance of speeding up that time-line a little bit, but ultimately this thing has to be torn down to the studs and started over.

You want to give Erin time - but this can't be fixed without a massive overhaul - she doesn't have the scholarships or the $ to do this. Coach has plenty of scholarships. I get the NIL thing, but do we really think most of the other maac teams have nil stuff? Let's give her time, but we can't give built in excuses. Everyone on the team needs to just do better.
