Great preview, but these words of coach concern ne:
Max Allen has battled some injuries throughout his career in high school and at San Jose State, but he’s working pretty hard to get healthy. It may take some time, but we strongly believe that if he stays healthy, at some point within the next couple years, he’ll be one of the best bigs in our league.
We need Allen healthy, but this reads like he isn't.

If a collaborative effort is the plan to replace Gardner then Harris and Farris need to score more efficiently. They take a ton of shots per game and only make about 32% of them. Recipe for disaster from the shooting guard position in a guard dominated league like the MAAC. Love the freshman but I’m not buying that either one is going to dislodge H or F at the 2. Harris is given big time minutes. He needs to return the favor and take the next step.

I agree Oldfox. Those two guys need to up the shooting percentage. Noah looked a lot better as a freshman. Farris is pretty good when he's on. Just needs to be on more frequently. I always have the mentality that by league time, the best players get the minutes regardless of age. If Isaiah B keeps progressing, we should have a pretty good backcourt. I don't think of Noah as a point guard. I think he could be a sixth man candidate. Instant offense. Collins looks like he can penetrate and score or dish. Noah seemed to just fling the ball up when he drove the lane. Almost like he lost confidence. As a freshman, he played smart and didn't force.

Honestly just the fact that Harris stayed and didn't transfer after losing some PT later in the season, played good ball in Atlantic City, shows he's got the mental strength to have a bounce back season.
