And so it begins . . . There are some great kids on this team. As always, can the Foxes control the Offense/Defensive Lines and avoid the typical mistakes. If so, it might be a good year, but a likely .500+ season.
Sep 3 - vs Georgetown - All comes down to QB play - Homer pick - Foxes win - 1-0 Sep 17 - vs Columbia - Lions are a good team - Foxes can't hold the line - Lions win - 1-1 Sep 24 - at Drake - Winnable game - Foxes win - 2-1 Oct 1 - vs St. Thomas - In their 2nd year as a FCS, we'll watch a real program crush the Foxes - 2-2 Oct 8 - at Stetson - Foxes have had the Hatters number - Foxes win - 3-2 Oct 15 - vs Dayton - Flyers will likely be favored and will make fewer mistakes - Flyers win - 3-3 Oct 22 - at Butler - Game we should have won last year, and do this year - Foxes win - 4-3 Oct 29 - vs Presbyterian - New coach at PC, Foxes win in a shootout - 5-3 Nov 5 - at Morehead State - Phil Simms throws too many TDs, Eagles win - 5-4 Nov 12 - vs Valparaiso - In a fight of middle weights - Foxes prevail - 6-4 Nov 19 - at Bucknell - Chance to play another PL cellar dweller but Bison win - 6-5
Go FOXES!!!!!
