Canisius won't be making it out of quarantine in time to play Manhattan this weekend. No announcement yet but I expect the MAAC to send Iona to Draddy Gym instead since the Gaels have no dance partner. The Griffs have only played 5 games this season and it's getting late early out there in terms of the 13-game minimum.

Siena-Quinnipiac series postponed, I think this time it was Q with the positives.
MAAC will make some schedule updates tomorrow, but with 6.5 women's series left in the air and only 1 men's series - I have to say I'm flabbergasted that the men's programs have collectively had such better luck (or perhaps been more diligent with the protocols, who can say) than the women.
EDIT: It was Siena again, of course it was Siena. I think that's gonna be it for the Saints. They've only played 4 games - can they even make it to 12?

That is way too cautious IMO. If these girls test negative on Saturday then they are 100% in the clear

You obviously don't know the science or the MAAC Protocol. Spoken like a true fan!

Lol I know them both. It takes about 4 days for there the be enough virus to detect via test. If they were exposed last Saturday and they don't test positive, they would not have contracted it in Niagara. I get postponing this weekend but not this mid week gave vs Iona

Monmouth-Canisius series is one of the ones in scheduling limbo, meaning there's a decent chance BOTH teams end up with winless seasons. You hate to see it?

"Per the new tiebreakers, approved by the COAA and ratified by the MAAC Council of Presidents, the guiding principle when determining MAAC Championship seeding will be based on overall conference regular season wins – not including any third games scheduled between teams in lieu of non-conference opponents. When two teams are tied in the standings, their head-to-head results are used as the tiebreaker. The full set of tiebreaking procedures can be found here."

our games this weekend are off, Iona popped positives. Oof. Looks like that cancels the Iona-Q game next Wednesday too. I wonder if they try sending Q up to Buffalo this weekend to play Niagara, or if it's too short notice
