They need a go to guy at the 2 or 3, and 2 PG/handler types. Enoh will be an improvement to the front court but I still do not see him as a major difference maker
Dunne has Byrd. He needs him to be a hit not a miss and 2 others to be in the "hit" category too

To me it was more disappointing that we didn't get the stop rather than not scoring. We are supposed to have a defensive specialist as a coach. They didn't start the possession until like 8 seconds left on the clock. Herasme was a step behind and it was good that one help defender came over but the second should've realized that the backside was more important. Couldn't have really asked for a better look for the final shot.
This game is a pretty accurate description of this season. Defense does well all game but cant get the big stop in the end. Offense gets good looks all game and cant knock it down. Hopefully these looks go down next year otherwise I don't expect much change.

It's hard to win when you don't score 70 night in, night out. Defense is great, but every game is close when you score 54. I think the lack of playmaking penetrating guards guards was the biggest factor. If they get Boyd, they'd have two slick guards to go along with the big guards. Then the offense will open up. Enoh should help. When Jones was out of the game, TS played volleyball and rarely looked to score. Those damn illegal screens!!! Some were down on Jones. The guy put up pretty damn good numbers playing with 4 other guys who rarely got past their men...
The quick guards will benefit St Furcy, Sagl, and Cubbage. I hope St Furcy improves in the off season. He certainly has talent. Not sure what they'll do with Jack. I hope things out for him. The game became too fast for him..
That's the thing about Byrd. The guards in his league were big and athletic. He'll hit the ground running. He's very talented.
