Just WIN. Drake is another solid PFL team but the Foxes are 3-26 against the remaining opponents.

3-26 is very telling.
Also didn’t USD and us have the most players on preseason all PFL team?
USD staff wins with talent.

Sad to see such a promising season turn into such a disappointment. They will be hard pressed to win another game. Just sad.

New president. I have a feeling a new coach is in place next year or the program is dropped. Which would really be a shame if it was dropped.

New president. I have a feeling a new coach is in place next year or the program is dropped. Which would really be a shame if it was dropped. If anything drops, it might be Yellen. He seems like a decent guy, but he maybe a short timer. Nothing horrible but the job/location/etc. might not be what he thought it would be . . . On FB being dropped, I don't see it. Question is what can or will TM do with at 3-8 or 4-7 season? That said, currently there are a lot of HCs of FCS programs in trouble including Marist. Holy Cross fired its' HC of 14 years mid season. Other Patriot league HCs are on the hot seat. Steeler legend John Banaszak is catching heat at Robert Morris of the NEC. Finally, there is resurgent talk of dropping FB at G'town. So a lot FCS issues. Contrast all of this for what is going on at Columbia.

I don't think so. $$$ commitment for FB just too much for us. More like GU to PFL. Better fit for the health of the GU FB program, but vocal minority at GU makes it hard. This minority demands FB play academic peers, with the pipe dream of an invite to Ivy.

As bad as this team is - football is great for admissions That goes for every sports program at Marist. They are all subservient to the academic pursuit.
