Thatβs the cash endowment. When all investments are counted, which is the usual accepted term for endowment, it is the 250+ number

The team-only workout areas are honestly long overdue... Nice to see Marist finally has them

Looks real nice and glad it's done. Now onto the rest of the projects:
1. New/Upgraded BBall arena; 2. Upgraded SB field; 3. Upgraded Baseball field; 4. Upgrades to Tenney (addition of opponents locker rooms)(could be combined with Baseball field upgrades).
what else?

Looks like they're the only two with outdoor tracks. I know Manhattan has an indoor track in their basketball arena. I have to feel that if Marist had an outdoor track they could host the meet most years considering we're a centrally located school in the conference. The Buffalo schools, Siena, and the CT schools all would not have to travel as far for a competition that lasts all weekend. It'd be a little closer for the NYC schools too.

I think it would still be in NJ. As far as Buffalo and Connecticut, must be noted that none of Niagara, Quinny or Fairfield sponsor men's track (Fairfield doesn't have women's either).
funny to think, you're right that a Dwyer-esque venue would be good for Marist club hockey - for Niagara varsity it's a trash heap holding their program down.

The BB program could use more funding, walking behind the Manhattan bench yesterday I see extra uniforms, shorts and jerseys, for all their players. During the Iona game Herasme gets blood on his jersey #13 and goes to the locker room to change and comes out wearing #42, apparently no back up jersey, that's pathetic. Last year after the trip to Ireland their home jerseys got damaged and they had to wear their away jerseys at home games, no back ups, pathetic. Also I've seen better quality uniforms on CYO teams. They go cheap on what they pay their assistants and who knows what they allocate for scouting and recruiting, we have a quality coach now lets give him what he needs to turn this program around.

So pathetic. Next year Makers salary comes off the books. Maybe they can afford uniforms then.

That is a must and making the baseball field/stands better than a local run down little league would be nice as well.
