So come up with your ALL-Time starting five - it is extremely hard to do IMO
F - Rachele Fitz 6'0" C - Tori Jaroz 6'3" SF - Fifi Camara 6'0" SG - Rebekah Hand 5'10" PG - Erica Allenspach 5'8"
So tough - no Yarde, Coffey, Gilmer, Viani, Kresge, Blais (yeah know she left), Ockenden,

Not a rel starting 5 since Erica never played the point. Nice try Nomar but it is a futile task.Impossible to pick an All Time starting 5. You'd be selling someone short. It's a credit to the number of great players that have played here.

F - Rachele Fitz C - Tori Jarosz SF - Maddy Blais (I know she left, but she shot .450 from 3 point land when she was there, I want that on my team) SG - Erica Allenspach PG - Corielle Yarde

I do think bekah would need to be in there. Coach always talks about how she's the best motion player he's ever had.
Fitz and Tori would be beast down low (especially 2015-2016 Tori and literally any year of Fitz)
Maddie or Sidney at the 3 would be nice, they both had the ability to cut to the basket as well as shoot from the outside.
PG is hard since do you want to put the best PG out there or best gaurd. I think there's a good pool to choose from in any case

Rebekah is the more prolific scorer, but if Erica hadn't turned an ankle, she would have led the ladies to their 2nd Sweet 16 appearance, and who knows, maybe even an Elite 8. I know who my 6th man would be.

pg- kresge g - r. hand g- allenspach f- fitz f- camara jaroz, coffey, viani, gilmer That actually makes more sense since Marist seldom, if ever, used 3 post players in their starting line-up. Always been a 3 guard offense.

G. Kresge G. Rebecca Hand F. Fitz F. Camara C. Meg Dahlman (better defense than Tori, and she got up from Ohio State elbow on way to 2007 sweet 16)

In tough times currently, let's relive the past and have hope for future. What this team needs is 12 Erica allenspachs (might be off on spelling). Well, I can take 1 and good supporting cast. This player was the most underrated player in Marist history and in women's college basketball. Leader, toughness, gutsy, the one you trust in last moments. Kresge is right up there with her too, just not as good shooting. Coach, get us players with allenspach and Kresge attitude, effort, and care for team.
