Every team in maac has proven to be beatable. About 7 teams can win title in AC It won’t be us. I stand by my statement. I'll stand by mine too , this is our year.

Rider's bench saves the day for them.
Foxes have to beat Niagara on Saturday for the bye.

Marist needs a heavy body. Quinny is the better team; something to aim for. And a more imaginative offense…

That game was horrible to watch. Nobody in the MAAC is actually good so naturally Iona is gonna find a way to win yet again. And my hope of avoiding the first round is so low

Marist wins / SPU wins against Q: Marist is 4 seed against #5 Rider
Marist wins / SPU loses: Marist is 3 seed vs. winner of Niagara/Siena game
Marist loses: Marist is 6 seed vs. #11 Siena (technically could be Manhattan as #11 but unlikely)

Went to my first Marist game in a few years last night. Yuck. Is this what college basketball is now? Or is this just Marist? I mean QU, the supposed best team in the conference, didn’t impress all that much either. Neither team seemed to want to win. QU had one guy who stepped up…Marist did not.
Can’t help but think NIL and transfer world has decimated the game I love. Take a guy like Collins, who has a lot of promise but he’s clearly raw. In the old world, he’d develop over his time at a school like Marist and become a solid upper tier MAAC player. Nowadays, he’s a threat to bolt. Hopefully not but that’s the world we live in now. Dunne is still figuring out lineups as the season winds down because he basically has to coach 10 strangers every year.
The old system was broken but the new system isn’t much better.

All 12 Quinnipiac fans look really hyped Yeah this was insane to me. They have an awesome facility and yet no one cares. I get that basketball takes a back seat to hockey at that school but it’s your last home game, you got a first place team, and that’s what support you get? Kills me because we have an administration that doesn’t care. Yet if we put out a first place team in a facility like that, I know it would be rocking.

Its been like that for years ,but if they win the tourney ,(they won't ..it's our year )all of a sudden you'll see some "life long fans appear ".but we have to remember its not like it's a non - basketball crazy area ,they definitely get overshadowed by UCONN
