Iona has Siena and Manhattan left. Their loss tonight was potentially huge.

Fairfield is going to beat QU and the whole title race is tightening up big time.

Marist has 5 tough games left. I actually love that going into maac tourney.

Yikes, our last 5 versus the MAAC's top 5. It's gut-check time, people!

What a golden opportunity.
This is all you can ask for as a fan.
They control their destiny.
Each game is winnable, if they play well.
Now go do it. No excuses!

Take this win as a positive. They're not going to play well all the time. To shake off a bad half with a great second half is the sign of a good team. The defense is off the charts. The remaining schedule is exactly what they need. They need to beat Quinny and FF. They'li be at full strength. Those teams play no defense. Limit threes and Marist wins.

They have shown they have the ability, so there are no excuses to not win 3 or more of these games. That is it. Nothing else implied

Also in the thread is bye probability by wins. With 11 wins Marist would have a 31% chance. 12 wins is 87%. 13 or more and they have it secured.

I don't believe Dunne has won at St. Peters yet . Covid year says we played them twice at St.Peters ..win and a loss but i don't know if that quite right

Upside down league. The favorites to finish in the top 5 as of today, and where the coaches picked them in the preseason poll: St. Peter’s: 10th, Niagara: 9th, Marist: 8th, FF: 6th, Q: 5th. The portal and the covid year wreaking havoc on the art of prognostication. They actually picked Siena for 4th. LOL. I imagine FF interim HC Chris Casey gets COY if he finishes in the top 2. Maybe he is gonna be a guy like Belichick who figured it out on his second chance.
