Foxes with an opportunity to sweep the season series from Niagara. The Eagles currently share 2nd place in the standings with Siena at 10-4. The Hurricane Havocs are led in scoring by Aaliyah Parker and Chardonnay Hartley at 11.2 and 9.4 ppg, respectively. Saige Glover clears the boards for the Eagles at a rate of 5+ boards a game. Two teams clearly headed in different directions. Niagara is currently on a 7 game win streak. Last time out Niagara posted a convincing 14 point home win over Siena. We all know how Marist performed at Canisius.

Hopefully the, what seems like, 3 D1 caliber players on Marist get some support from the other players. They need to start showing why Marist coaches had faith in them, why they got scholarships. Let's go foxes, fight.

Let's go foxes, fight. But first they must have some support in our Coaches. The players only play as good as they are Coached.

That wasn't a fcking travel. It was her pivot foot. Czinano from Iowa last year was known specifically for not dribbling and using those moves.

Congratulations to Marist for totally screwing up the best non-academic public facing asset they had.

For the little it's worth in the standings or on the scoreboard, Morgan Lee has been playing well of late. We're going to need a lot more of that the next 2+ seasons.

Just to put the decline of Marist WBB in perspective Niagara’s first game of the season was an exhibition versus Mercyhurst. The score was 91-61.

Didn't catch the game, but the box score says Niagara drew 472 fans.
Marist is still drawing 1,000+, hopefully those stats are enough to land some impact players, even if those numbers drop a bit next year.
Two impact freshman with Shazer/Fisher back should go a long a way. If they want to play on a more competitive team I get it, but I don't see anyone else coming in with their potential, outside of chancing it with a player coming off injury or more freshmen.

They gave up 90 points? Yikes. Lee with her best game as a red fox is about only positive.

34 turnovers has to be close to a Marist record, no? Our starting shooting guard had 7 turnovers? I am sorry, but a head coach needs to bench that player much earlier on the game. Let the players who dont play, play. What, they gonna lose worse? Oh well

Let the players who dont play, play. What, they gonna lose worse? Oh well You're always going to have a zillion turnovers against Niagara, it's what they do. Unrelenting full court pressure and jumping into passing lanes. 34 is pretty absurd though. It reflects the abject lack of athleticism on the roster.

Never thought I'd see the day where Marist women fell so far to become irrelevant - RPI NET 324
