Foxes finished on a 25-5 run. The guard trio of Collins, Brickner, Pascarelli were simply terrific. Phelps. Derrick Phelps. What a great hire for a team with a super young, super talented backcourt. How could you not want to learn from a guy with a Natty Ring? Yep, you are 100 percent correct. He was a huge, great addition.

111-49 advantage in points off the bench over these last four games (and probably should be more lopsided since Rider and Siena filled up stats in garbage time). Price led bench scoring against SPU and Rider, Farris against Siena, and Brickner against Canisius. Harris or Sulack could have a night from deep and lead as well one of these games. Becoming a tough scout for opponents. Marist best depth in league, could be huge playing a few games in row come maac tourney.

They could be alone in 2nd by tomorrow afternoon if Quinnipiac beats Niagara and Mount beats Fairfield. I just want top 5. Top 2 would be awesome. Whoever is 6 and 7 right now, I want them to lose.

Great team win. Brick is back, great game. Price, great contributions off bench. Collins finishing at the hoop like Michael Jordan. Pascarelli with great overall offense and D. Good D from Cooley, Salton, Harris, Brick, literally actually everyone. Allen didn't have his best game, but Marist depth helped that be ok. Coaches into it and fired up. Putt guy did bad job judging speed, cereal guessing kid should have been given some prize, dj was good, parking is an abomination, Murray worked crowd. Big nice crowd. Backs are tricky things but the way he threw himself all over the floor at Rider chasing loose balls I think Brick was pretty much back then. Against Canisius he played the most minutes in a single game since the Fairfield debacle on January 7th. A very good sign for him and the team.
I'm not sure about finishing like Jordan. MJ is 6'6". I think a better Collins comparison might be Jalen Brunson. Size wise they are within 1" of each other. Brunson is much more physically mature but the aspects of their games that strike me as similar is their willingness and toughness to finish through contact, and rebound. Also both can jump stop in the paint and still maneuver on their pivot foot to create space. That reverse and upfake Collins used to bank a shot in from the paint in the forst half was pure Brunson. Imagine the nightmare Collins would be down the road with a floater and a 35% 3 point shot. Oh, and most importantly, they both have 12 letters in their names.

Another good sign. Harris got some minutes to start shaking the rust off. Even hit a shot. More depth. I swear that Bhatia is going to get t’ed up for going to far out on the court. Dunne is trying to yell instructions to the team and Bhatia is also yelling stuff. Hilarious moment in the Siena game at the MVP. Marist is way up and the place is dead quiet. All you can hear is the ball bouncing and a Marist coach yelling. I get home to watch the replay and at that point of the game one of the broadcast announcers is chucking and saying that voice you hear is a Marist assistant coach yelling out the Siena offensive play to his defense. Harris hit a big shot there to get us within 2 after being down double digits and that was the first time I started thinking we may be able to take the lead in the first half.

You are obsessed with me PETA get a life, I get that you spend every waking moment thinking of me.
See when I read it I was thinking - don’t say this is our year because that will jinx it. So I liked it.
Why are you such a tool? Why can’t you just live life and pretend I don’t exist? Because you just can’t …your obsession with me is unhealthy.

Petagay, why do you stir the hornets nest every time? Why can't just ignore? Gets old seeing you two go at it all the time.

Seems odd no games this weekend. Marist is rolling now, I don't love this mini break. But I guess helps anyone with some lingering health issues. Marist has 3 road games, 3 home games. Some difficult games, so they have to be fully ready to win at Manhattan. A loss there would put top 5 finish in serious jeopardy

Five of their final six games are against teams they are battling for a bye. Tough games for sure. Maybe the toughest schedule of any contender for a bye but also the opportunity to control their own destiny.

Byes rotate, one in each half of the MAAC schedule. Our second turn is today.

My masters degree is in Psychology. Reverse Psychology doesn't work on me. I'm married w 3 children (1 headed to Marist) . Serve over 400 families in my community. Own 3 properties. Busy is an understatement. You're a joke and a giggle to me. You're so miserable and negative. It's fkn hilarious 😂 but in general it's sad. Grown man with a temper tantrum. You're irrelevant, Nomore. Perfect. Lol 😂 You are obsessed with me PETA get a life, I get that you spend every waking moment thinking of me.
