Victoria Toomey of Rider grad transfers to Division III powerhouse Scranton. At her size she will wreck games in D3.

With this new portal system, I have dramatically changed my views. All teams should not renew players scholarships if they don't produce. This generation of kids are all me me me, no loyalty. They shouldn't get it both ways. No more renewing schollies automatically is the stand all colleges need to make. Produce or pay your own way. Blame your generation, not the schools.

Pretty unremarkable, no? 7 of the 9 who left were either graduating seniors or back on their Covid/grad year. Haskell and Aaliyah Parker were juniors. Haskell transferred to St. Bonaventure. Certainly a major step us in league affiliation and somewhat of a step up in program. Hard to believe that the Parkers won't better themselves too.

We have to be favorites as of right now followed by Quinny with a core of ODonnel, Labarge, and Grisdale.
If we get one more transfer in that’s a 3 pt sniper, I can see us running the MAAC (if no transfers)

add a coach from defending champs -
Billi Chambers has been named the new Xavier WBB head coach, following 10 seasons as head coach at Iona

Oh wow, I did have a feeling she would leave soon. I did always like her as a coach. It's crazy with her teams though, they are either great.... or atrocious.

Ya this is honestly a surprising for me. She started with a good 3-4 seasons but most of those players were from the old coach. Then she had a terrible 4 year stretch and then obviously won this year. But good for her!

Chambers probably takes a couple players from Iona with her.
