Also didn’t realize but in addition to averaging 16ppg and over 3 made threes a game Harris also averaged 7apg. Great shooter, and a playmaker. Really good get for us.

LOL - he was one of the 4 kids we offered that excited me (see recruiting thread) - really great get. This is the kind of recruiting battle we need win a few times. We aren't beating out BCS schools but an A10 or CAA school win I'll take. |

I'm certainly happy with the caliber of player we got here. As mentioned in this thread and after looking at his offers, THIS is the type of player/recruiting battle the staff needs to win once in a while, and they did here! So I can't be upset about it one bit. And with Sagl leaving and opening another scholarship up we still have three left.
I hope we can all agree though now, we need size with these last three scholarships. I'd love a JUCO big and two freshmen C/PF types to bring in and develop. That would be ideal for the following season.

I wonder if Harris can help us get Castro? Seems like a big long shot as he has some high major offers, but I can't imagine it hurts and you might as well shoot for the stars here. |
