Ya your right. Should have read it through before I posted it. I also though it was for both.

Clara Strack (Hamburg High School ’23) has received an offer from Binghamton. This comes after an impressive showing during the AAU circuit, including the Gymrat Challenge event, dominating the paint for I-90 Elite. This month she also received an offer from the University of Buffalo.
At 6”4’, Strack knows how to use her height extremely well. She uses her length and great footwork to score the basketball down low, as well as her athletic ability and strength to finish through contact. Strack can also handle the basketball, oftentimes starting transition after a block on defense, or one of her many rebounds.
Strack also had a big sophomore campaign for Hamburg high school, including a 31-point game against Amherst and a 26 point game against Williamsville East. She also received All-Western New York Girls basketball team honors.
The offers will most likely continue to come in for Strack as she uses her high level versatility to continue to dominate.

Times Union Story regarding Janay Brantley……
H.S. GIRLS’ ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Brantley can score, and more
Catskill star posts three straight triple-doubles, at least 32 points in each
By James Allen
Catskill’s Janay Brantley produced plenty of points, rebounds and assists during her triple-double streak, along with 29 steals over three games.
Janay Brantley can hardly be called a player living alone on her offensive accolades. The Catskill junior guard may be scoring at a higher rate presently than at any point during her five-year varsity career, yet she is delivering in every other aspect for her team as well. Last week, Brantley showed off her complete arsenal in registering three triple-doubles in three victories.
In a 61-17 win against Onteora, Brantley tallied 32 points, 13 rebounds, 11 steals and five assists. The junior followed by producing 41 points, 12 rebounds, 12 assists and seven steals in an 86-19 verdict over Albany Leadership and capped her week Saturday with 42 points, 11 rebounds, 11 steals and six assists as the Cats defeated Coxsackie-Athens 89-38.
“What is amazing to me is she always makes the right play,” Catskill coach Chris Quinn said. “She always looks to make the great pass, whether or not it gets finished, it is just so instinctual for her to do the right thing.”
Brantley said she surprised herself with her trio of triple-doubles. “I did because I am just going out there playing my game,” Brantley said. “It is a little surprising at the end when I find out.”
For her efforts, Brantley has been selected as the Times Union’s Girls’ Athlete of the Week for the period of Jan. 3-9.
Brantley, who has scored 1,461 career points and should become the program’s all-time leading scorer at the end of the month, has been given free rein on defense this season.
“Pressing is usually where I get my points on runouts,” Brantley said. “Defense is very key.”
“She is averaging 10.5 to 11 steals per game over the last five games, but also gets 12 deflections per game,” Quinn said. “She is always in the passing lanes and anticipates so well. Over the last couple of years, I have tried to restrict her because if she gets in foul trouble, we’re done. This year, I have let her go. I trust her. She is ultra-aggressive and sees angles.”
